More Than A Great Body

When we talk about losing weight, we often think about having a great body and looking good in our appearance.
Equally when we see people who are slim and go to the gym, a lot of people wonder why they need to go.
Their mentality often is that they look good as they are, so why would they need to exercise when they’ve already got a good body?
But what I have learned over the years is, that losing weight is about more than just looking good physically.
It’s about how it makes us feel mentally too.
In fact when we feel good about ourselves, we are more happy, more alert, more bright and ready to take on challenges and try new things.
We sleep better, have more energy, and are enthusiastic.
So if we can feel all theses things by eating well and exercising regularly, why wouldn’t we want to make this our lifestyle for good?
To me it’s a no brainer.
I exercise and eat well not just to have this amazing body, but so that I live life to the full and be a happier person.
So remember the next time you don’t feel up to exercising and are over indulging that little bit more than you should, looking good and feeling great really do come hand in hand.
