Welcome to Fit Lass!

Finally I’m launching my health and fitness lifestyle blog called Fit Lass! I’m really excited about this blog because I want to share all my tips and advice on how I transferred from being a lardy mess to a slimmer leaner me with the help of eating healthily and exercise. As the blog continues to grow I will be adding sections such as my Weight Loss Tips, Fitness Tips, Recipes and other general advice on keeping the fat at bay. I will be updating the blog regularly as I continue my quest to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle while still having a manic lifestyle. We all know that looking after our health is important so whatever tips and advice I pick up along my journey I will pass on via this blog. Of course this is a two street so leave your queries, comments, and questions here and I will do what I can to help. Remember we’re all in this together and keeping fit IS fun!
